I put the following into my ‘About’ page and thought this should really be my first entry. I hope this blogging exercise will put me and my students in touch with others in the world of education and ICT. There are thousands of blogs out there and I’m sure mine will remain lost in the heap, but if I don’t even  try then that is even worse.  

I’m the PT of History at a secondary school in Scotland. I am trying to use ICT more in my teaching and ‘experts’ suggest setting up a blog - so here it is! What this blog will consist of I’m not 100% sure yet. I would like to share experiences, thoughts, frustrations and successes in the hope that I can find a path through all the ‘must do’s’ and the ‘must use’ advice that seem to come thick and fast from more seasoned users of ICT.
